The Siddhārtha

Prince Chand's painting of Buddha re-created

Prince Chand a renowned Indian artist, from New Delhi works especially on Divine lights because of his connection with God to have been blessed him with such a beautiful art in his hands.
There are lot of depiction of Gautam Buddha these days. It may be Buddha sitting under a pipal/Bodhi tree where he meditated for days to attain enlightment or a coulourful picturization of Buddha by Otgonbayar Ershuu or reclining Buddha.

Tried my hand at this beautiful creation and presenting the closest re-creation of the painting.

One of  the initially started one and done this using the knife technique on oil paint on a stretched canvas of 20*24 inches board.

-Hope you all like it :o)
